Lindt Coverture Chocolate in 0.5kg bag - White Chocolate

With 37% cocoa, this White chocolate is creamy and luscious, and highly reliable when used for tempering. Melts evenly for ganaches, mousses, sauces and more.  This chocolate is even great for eating.

Due to the manufacturing process, these chocolates are machine packed therefore scratches and marks will appear on the surface of the chocolate.  These are first grade chocolates supplied direct from Lindt Switzerland.
